SUNDAY SCHOOL
Pre-Kindergarten through Third Grade (ages 4 to 9)
With the assistance of professional educators, a new Sunday School curriculum has been developed for this crucial age group that is structured around Bible stories, and incorporates stimulating crafts and fun activities. The curriculum is designed to make children want to come to Sunday School. Our program harnesses children’s natural curiosity to explore faith in God, and Jesus’ commandment to “Love One Another”. The Bible, how to pray, the Eucharist, Baptism, Church Seasons, and Episcopal traditions are appropriately introduced. The Pre-K and Kindergarten children are in one class, and meet in the Music Room (see map on back). Children in 1st through 3rd grades meet in Thomas Hall, our basement gymnasium.
